Shipping

Shipping and handling time is normally 2 to 3 business days.

We are currently only shipping inside the US.

Warranty

All Pre-Built PC's come with a 1 year warranty, any Refurbished PC's or PC Parts and Peripherals come with a 30 day warranty.

Any repair orders come with a 90 day warranty.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on all PC's and Parts (excluding repairs), meaning you have 30 days to request a refund for any reason after receiving your item. Return shipping may not be covered in all cases, and restocking fees may apply.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received and in its original packaging.

Our Warranty Policy

We will repair or replace any hardware found defective or becomes defective within the warranty period. PC Shelter will not be responsible for any damage caused by misuse, user damage, accidents, repairs not made by PC Shelter, or modifications made to the product without the explicit permission/instruction from us. Return shipping may not be a covered service depending on your location; please contact us for more info.

Repair Orders

Upon Receiving Your Order

PC Shelter offers a 1-year parts and labor warranty on all Pre-Built PC's.

PC Shelter offers a 30-day parts and labor warranty on all Refurbished PC's, Parts, and Peripherals.

PC Shelter offers a 90-day parts and labor warranty on all Repair orders.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a Return Or Warranty is Necessary

First, if you run into any issues with your order, please contact us via our support form or email to request assistance.

Second, keep all packaging and products in your possession until the insurance claim process is completed. If any of the packaging is discarded or if the product is returned prior to the claim process being completed, your claim will be denied and the product will be unable to be refunded or repaired at our expense.

If possible during the process we will attempt some troubleshooting steps to try and resolve the problem(s). In the event that troubleshooting cannot resolve the issues you are having, we may have you ship the order back to us for repair. Depending on circumstances, we may provide return shipping or may request that you pay for return shipping.

Then, after we receive the product back for repair/evaluation, we will determine the next steps in regards to whether the issues are due to a faulty component, or if there are damages that have occurred after the customer received the product.

We will not necessarily cover damages that are not due to shipping or that were not existent when the product was shipped to you. In the event that there is damage that was incurred after the product was received by the customer and not reported immediately, we may be unable to cover any repairs or shipping fees associated with the repairs.

Warranty Exclusions

- Issues caused by user error

- Software related issues (outside of the original software that was installed during configuration)

- Modifications made to any PC by the customer, to include but not limited to the following:

  • Replacing Components

  • Overclocking

  • Undervolting

  • BIOS Updating

  • Software Installation

- Data loss or recovery
